Frequently Asked Question

If you are already using a dongle protected software from us such as FactSage, ChemApp or ChemSheet on your PC, then you may skip these steps below if your version of the Sentinel Run-Time Environment (RTE) is v9.15 and newer.

Otherwise follow these steps below to install or update the  

1. Install the license manager on the PC(s) where you want the ChemApp for Python to run. To do this, please download and run the latest installer from here. 
2. Click on 'Download all files' on the top right to download the installer and the installation batch script as a zip file.
3. Unzip the downloaded zip file to then run the batch file, Install_License.bat from an elevated command prompt to install the Sentinel Admin Control Center (ACC) license manager on your PC.
4. If the installation of the license manager is successful, you should be able to see the Thales Sentinel ACC: Sentinel Keys page in your browser.
