Frequently Asked Question

Once ACC is installed, you can import your personal cloud license.

Depending upon the cloud license type you ordered from us, each user or cloud seat is identified by a unique login string. 

To activate your license:

1. Click on your personalized license URL (sent to you separately).
2. Your browser will open a page displaying an “Install” button.
3. Click Install to import and activate the cloud license on your machine.

To verify the license installation, visit: http://localhost:1947/int/devices.html  
You should see an entry named “HASP SL AdminMode” with a certificate icon. 

You can further verify the license status by clicking under the Products and Features tabs on the left panel to check the cloud license product installed and its validity which is listed under the features option.
